Half price nights works like any other standard power plan. During the day, you can use power like you normally do then at night, between 23:00 (11pm) and 06:00 (6am), you can use all the power you want, at half the price!
Your bills will fluctuate every month based on a few key factors - when you used the power and how much you used. This is especially relevant to those on the Half Price Nights plan.
Our low user plan is for small energy efficient homes. These users typically use gas for heating and/or hot water and use less than 8,000 kWh/year (9,000 for those in the lower South Island).Our standard user plan for families and homes who rely mainly on electric heating and use more than 8000 kWh/year (9000 for those in the lower South Island). Most households in NZ are in this category.

Once our solar array has been installed, we guarantee our commercial customers annual savings of at least $2000.
Our team manage the experience from the word go. Our team will complete any scans or inspections necessary, install the array, and keep it maintained for the lifetime of the contract. All we ask is that 1-2x every other month you give the panels a hose off if you have a dusty environment, e.g. milk truck on gravel roads. This will ensure that you're getting the most out of your solar array.
Solar is the perfect option for many businesses because it uses a space that is normally vacant (your roof) to save you money. Solar is also low maintenance unlike other generation like wind and hydro.
Our solar contract is has 15 year term. This means we will maintain them this entire time. That's the beauty of partnering with us!

Yes - our solar panels can be used in cold climates. Our solar experts are excellent in sizing solar arrays and will be able to account for the climate you live in.
Our simple one bill solution aims to make this process as easy as possible. Our software tracks all the power used on site during the month. It will look at how much was solar and how much was grid supply. We then send you just one clear simple bill at the end of the month.
Yes - any time the sun is up, our panels are producing energy. On days of extreme thick, heavy, dark clouds, we expect output to drop to 10-25% of optimum output.
